Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging are still attached
- The item is in its original condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non refundable items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings and certain accessories
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or special-order pieces
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.
If your preferred size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
Refunds
Approved returns may be eligible for:
- Store credit
- Exchange
- Refund (where applicable)
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
